We combine technical expertise, financial Modelling & Valuation Analysis (FMVA), and practical innovation to ensure that sustainability is not a cost, but a driving force for resilience, profitability, and environmental leadership.
Why We Exist
Africa—and Kenya in particular—is facing urgent environmental and infrastructure challenges: rising energy costs, water scarcity, climate change, rapid urbanization, and increasing demand for healthier, more efficient built environments. Traditional construction and building management practices are putting pressure on resources and the economy.
We founded Sustaina ROI to bridge that gap: to deliver sustainability solutions that are locally appropriate, financially smart, and measurable. We help clients navigate regulations, leverage green finance, certify buildings, and use data to make sustainable improvements real and lasting.
